Rosa was very professional and very prompt in her WhatsApp responses. She helped me get a residence card within half a day! Highly recommend her to anyone in need of immigration assistance in Los Cabos.

Rosa, and her assitant Adrian, they are absolutely the stars of the company and do their best of the best to help their clients!! Rosa's respond is always prompt and accurate within a few hours, and her professional immigration knowledge explained everything that I need to know before physically present in front of an immigration officer. Before I found this gem, I have contact a few other immigration attorneys in Cabo, they were either not responding at all, or respond so slow as if you are squeezing the toothpaste, and they always forgot the context. But this situation NEVER EVER happened to Rosa and her team. Rosa helped collected all the info, prepared all the forms, and supporting docs for changing from temporary residency to permanent residency, including the basic information and the INM application, WELL AHEAD OF TIME. It really saves A TON of time and reduce the possibility of having issues! Her client just need to verify the information, and sign the paperworks a day before the INM appointment. During the appointment, Rosa and her assistant helps handling all the processes with the officer, to get into the building early, submitting the documents to be processed, and helping client to get the photos, and figure print done. I can see people come in without an attorney and their process could become much more complicated, because they either didn't have all the information needed! Even some attorneys missed submitting some info, too! But Rosa's team is so amazing that they thought all possiblilites ahead and DIDN'T MISS A SINGLE PIECE of paperwork. As client, I just need to show up before the photo and figure print, and that's almost the last step before you got your card! All other steps are authorized to the Rosa's team for process, so overall it took me just 1 hour to complete, BLAZINGLY FAST! I wholeheartedly recommend Rosa and her team to everone. I will personally entrust them with any future immigration matters in Cabo. To me, it is just made as simple as breeze, but truly a lot effort to put behind the scene! Rosa's team made my immigration process, which otherwise could have been a daunting journey, into an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience!

Attorney Rosa Martinez and her team are excellent. They initially began assisting me with my a temporary residency. They helped me secure appointments and provided very specific instructions on everything that would be needed for my those. Once I was granted temporary residency they assisted me in Mexico and accompanied me to my appointments there. I was given my card very quickly. When it came time to renew, I applied for permanent residency and the process was quick, easy and totally painless. Her team were kind enough to pick me up and take me to the appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, courteous and quick process. I would use their services again anytime.
