We were given the names of several closing firms during a meeting with a notary. After making an enquiry we felt comfortable with their professionalism and made an appointment. They have so far been great to deal with and very accommodating. We inquired about paying the full amount of our agreed fee before they completed the title transfer and explained they would rather wait until they had completed their agreed services. They have been very ethical. We would highly recommend them to expats.
Failed to execute our real estate closing resulting in our loss of several thousand USD.
