Located right across from the INM office in Playa del Carmen, is the spot for last-minute document help. While I didn’t use them for full immigration procedures, they were amazing with quick document updates and printing. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Their location is super convenient, and they saved me a lot of time. Thank you, Sebastian!

I want to write this for him because he helped me unknowingly 30 minutes before my PR appointment with the INM. I walked in there wanting to print some forms and due to lack of translation dialogue he ended sweeping through my entire documents. But in just that short time like 20 minutes, the young man and his brother revised my docs, and I do believe because of them, I was approved. My TR ID was expiring on that same day, so I would have to redo the lengthy procedure and that government office is a pain. The whole procedure in which I unknowingly had to cough up was 20 USD. A cost that is okay to swallow. Thank you, Sir.
