This lawyer cannot be trusted. I paid $300 USD cash for a consultation in regards to advice on a lawsuit I filled with the District Attorneys office. After Echeveste took my $300 USD which he demanded I go to the ATM and pay in cash, he told me he could not take me as a client, because the Dentist I have a case against and him were engaged in services. I asked him for a refund and he refused. He gathered all information from me, in an initial consultation before he told me the Dentist was a client. Six months later during a meeting with the Dentist, he told me Echeveste told him the details of our meeting. This lawyer should not be trusted at any cost.
